The darling boy from Konongo, a town famous for being close to Accra is about to take the name Ghana higher, his determination and will to succeed at all costs seem to be paying off after recent trending news on social media suggests he has been contracted to work with P.Diddy.
PJ Kev did not say Diddy wanted to sign Black Sherif to Bad Boy Records. He said Diddyʼs team reached out to him to establish a link with Black Sherif. He made the statement on our channel – via #DaybreakHitz.
This is what Okyere Kwame Tawiah had to say via Twitter ”
I don’t think the Ghana Music industry is only in Accra as they make it look. We are in a digital age and you can make it anywhere via the internet. The likes of Black Sherif, Yaw Tog, Kweku Flick, Amerado, and the Asaaka boys made it in Kumasi without coming to Accra.
If this deal goes true then our name as a country is ever going to sour higher and Black Sherif will be the king that gets to sit on the throne.
He will be following in the footsteps of his poinners like Sarkodie and Shata Wale who have collaborated with some top musical figures in the States.
